Logipix Ltd. operates an ISO 9001:2009 quality management system that covers software and hardware development, along with the entire manufacturing process.
The primary objective of Logipix Ltd. is to win the satisfaction and confidence of its customers within the framework of market competition. This is achieved via the quality of its services, which also includes compliance with the individual requests of customers, which we regard as legitimate even if not stipulated in the contract. We comply with the requirements of society laid out in laws and regulations, and achieve employee satisfaction via the effective and economic organization of their work.
In order to attain its objectives in quality policy, Logipix Ltd. undertakes the obligation to operate a quality management system developed and documented in compliance with the requirements of the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009 standard.
Logipix Ltd. shall continuously review the fulfillment of the requirements stipulated in the documents of the quality management system, and also undertakes to always keep them up-to-date.
Logipix Ltd. shall continuously develop its quality management system, and shall allow access to facilities, equipment, personnel and all other appropriate structures necessary for the operation of this system.
The management of Logipix Ltd. has appointed a representative for the supervision and control of the activities involved in the quality management system. This person shall be entitled and obliged to act on behalf of the Company.
Providing services in compliance with the requests of the customers is the primary task of every manager, employee and subcontractor of the Company who is involved in the provision of such services.
