MISSION OF THE LOGIPIX CITY
The goal of the Logipix City Surveillance System is to ensure the safety of citizens in modern urban environments. The system provides 24/7 monitoring to prevent crime and create irrefutable evidence in the form of video footage.
FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS
DEDICATED VIDEO CONTENT ANALYSIS APPLICATIONS
Present-day metropolises are suffering from several security issues, but Logipix is continuously working on solutions that increase efficiency and facilitate video surveillance to solve these problems. Our engineers developed automatic video content analysis applications to support surveillance tasks. These applications automatically and accurately detect abandoned objects within the monitored area, and also indicate public property damage such as graffiti on walls.
COVERING ENTIRE CITIES
The Logipix System has a scalable structure that can be expanded limitlessly. Even thousands of cameras can operate in a single system, and all are served by the enterprise class Logipix Network Video Recorders. Managing a video system of this size is a true challenge, but with the intuitive, easy-to-use Control Center it becomes a seamless task.
BROAD RANGE OF IP CAMERAS
Logipix produces a wide range of IP cameras, from the traditional Full HD fixed and PTZ to the high-end 200 MP Panoramic device, which can replace up to a hundred conventional full HD cameras. Whether the surveillance task is to observe a large-scale square, a crowded street or a dark alley, Logipix always provides the ideal camera that best serves monitoring needs with the top quality available.
The leading-edge 14 and 20 MP Logipix ONE cameras have 1” sensors and enormous resolutions. They provide high-quality images on which faces can be easily identified even from afar.
PERFECT DETAILS UNDER ANY LIGHT CONDITIONS
Whether during the day or night, in shaded or low-lit alleys, Logipix cameras always deliver the required image quality. Efficient optical filters, Day/Night and IR mode in the high resolution multi-megapixel cameras provide 24/7 monitoring capacity without losing any details when the sun goes down.
COOPERATING WITH OTHERS
The ONVIF standard ensures interoperability between devices in a system regardless of the manufacturer. Logipix is open to the appropriate third-party devices. LNVR receives the images of all ONVIF-S cameras and it transmits ONVIF-S video streams to third-party Video Management Software. Logipix Hybrid Extension forms the bridge between analog and IP-based devices. Existing analog cameras don’t have to be discarded, since they can easily be integrated into the Logipix City Surveillance System.
In a city-wide system, several Control Center Clients typically operate in multiple monitoring rooms, and it's not rare for operators to observe even hundreds of camera feeds in a single location. Camera images can be arranged into several monitor profiles, and switching between them takes no time. Monitor profiles can be configured to include cameras from different recorders.
